Monitodo provides an uptime monitoring platform designed to help businesses and individuals monitor the availability and performance of their websites, APIs, and services. Our services include real-time monitoring, instant alerts, SSL certificate tracking, DNS monitoring, task heartbeat monitoring, status pages, and related tools.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining the security of your account

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Monitor services you don't own or have permission to monitor
• Perform excessive monitoring that could be considered a denial-of-service attack

Payment terms include:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You must provide accurate billing information
• Automatic billing will occur according to your selected plan
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monitodo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you monitor through our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monitodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monitodo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
