Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan or remove some monitors to stay within your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! We offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Pay for 10 months and get 12 months of monitoring.
Is there a free trial?
Our Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. You can also try any paid plan free for 14 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
