Subprocessors
Under GDPR we are required to inform you of any third-party service providers that process data on our behalf. We carefully select subprocessors that meet our high standards for security and data protection.
Hetzner Online GmbH
Location: European Union (Germany) + United States
Purpose: Primary infrastructure hosting for application servers, databases, and monitoring infrastructure. EU servers host all customer data and core platform.
Bunny CDN
Location: European Union (Slovenia)
Purpose: Content Delivery Network for serving static assets globally
DigitalOcean LLC
Location: United States and global regions
Purpose: Infrastructure for worldwide monitoring capabilities. Does not store customer account data.
Vultr Holdings LLC
Location: United States and global regions
Purpose: Infrastructure for worldwide monitoring capabilities. Does not store customer account data.
Stripe, Inc.
Location: United States (GDPR-compliant with EU operations)
Purpose: Payment processing for subscriptions and billing
Changes to Subprocessors
We will update this page whenever we engage a new subprocessor or remove an existing one. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email with at least 30 days' notice, giving you the opportunity to object to the use of a new subprocessor.
Data Processing Agreement
If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your business, please contact us at support@monitodo.com. We provide DPAs to customers upon request to formalize our data protection commitments.
